At Top Tier Construction Cleaning LLC, scheduled appointments are reserved specifically for each client. To protect scheduling availability and maintain reliable service, the following cancellation policy applies: 48-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the 50% non-refundable booking deposit. No-Shows: Failure to be present or provide access to the property at the scheduled service time may result in the loss of the booking deposit and may require a new deposit to schedule another appointment. Three Consecutive Cancellations: Clients who cancel three consecutive appointments may no longer be eligible to schedule future services with Top Tier Construction Cleaning LLC. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. A new appointment is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed. Emergency Circumstances: Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested when appropriate. Business-Initiated Cancellations: If Top Tier Construction Cleaning LLC must cancel due to an emergency or circumstances beyond its control, the client will be notified as soon as possible and offered an opportunity to reschedule. By scheduling services with Top Tier Construction Cleaning LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
